I have a question regarding the invoice address for ungating!

As I am non-US seller so my account contains my local address as a bussiness address. and for ungating I need to use the prep address as shipping address!

So does amazon accept that invoice for ungating? if not then what is the solution?

I have a question regarding the invoice address for ungating!. Does our ship to address and bill to address need be same on the invoice?

Secondly, What will be the billing address we will use?

I've been having an ongoing problem with ungating. From indicating the product wasn't from a distributor, to invoice is an online invoice, to now saying not eligible. It's been numerous attempts. Is there someone who can even help? Seller support appear to be unhelpful. I've even switch distributors and yet Amazon is still rejecting the invoice fully.
