Where to find FBA return reasons
Hello - this always baffles me and I can’t figure it out.
Where can I find the reasons for why an FBA order was refunded / returned.
And more importantly, where can I find out if the stock has gone back in to be sold again.
I have looked under reports > fulfilled by amazon > reimbursements
and reports > fulfilled by amazon > FBA customer returns
but some of the orders that I know have been refunded are not showing here. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Hi ya.
If you go to: Reports (top line in your seller account page).
Click on Fulfillment by Amazon.
Then look at on the left side column - Title: Customer Concessions - FBA Customer Returns
Click on that and then select the date/time frame i.e. 30 days…reason shows up there but it can still state ‘unknown reason’ on many.

I always open a case to ask SS to copy over the return reason and any comments from the buyer. This is very useful for FBA units when the customer leaves a coment stating items were damaged in the post and amazon try to mark them as customer damaged. It is then fairly easy to get this re-classified to carrier damaged later on.
