Stock not checked in for 10+ weeks. Amazon charging storage fees
We have a shipment which Amazon have received at FBA, but the units are stuck in FC processing and have been now for over 10 weeks. These are oversized units and Amazon being Amazon have started charging storage fees right from the off. This means we've had 2+ months of storage fees charged. This is absolutely unfair as the units are not available and customers cannot buy them, even with a long lead time.
Any cases we create for seller support to assist with get 'transferred' and then we hear nothing back. Any and all help appreciated.
