Invalid charge method,Payment disbursed next day
My payment was not disbursed yesterday due to invalid charge method which was definitely my mistake. I immediately updated the charge method and opened a case and talked to the associate with call me option. after doing this in less than 48 hours my payment was disbursed and I did not have to wait for next payment cycle. I had to talk to CS two times in the whole process.

The question is how to reach out to ASSOCIATE?? I can not find any contact number.
My disbursement was due today, but I recieved an email that there was an error with charge method, probably it was maxed out. I have updated it and now wondering where to go from here as I need the money.

As you open a new case. Write the description and the. At final page you will see two option “call me” and “ email support”. In call me section, write your phone no and hit the call me button. You will receive call within 5 seconds.
