One of my best-selling listings suddenly lost its BSR today
The parent listing has more than 20 child ASINs and the best-selling one lost the BSR today while others remain normal. It is still searchable. There is nothing else we did to the child ASIN and it still has sales today. Why did this happen?
We've had several cases asking Amazon team and get replied:
"The product XXX is not eligible for a sales rank at this time. Specific eligibility criteria cannot be shared.
Sorry we couldn't confirm the specific details further,but you can try to update this Asin's browse node assignment to resolve this issue."
This does not make sense to us as it has been always a well-performing and healthy listing so far. Has anyone experienced similar situation before? How was it solved?

I have the exact same problem happening to my best-selling listing. The BSR just disappeared, it's been 4 days. There were no changes to the listing at all.
