My EPR -Packaging selling application has been "under review" for 6 days

Hello,

I got a LUCID registration number (required to sell in Germany) and submitted it to Amazon Seller central. Although this was 6 days ago, it is still shown as being “under review” (since December 22nd). However, this same LUCID number appears as validated in the EPR Compliance dashboard so I think the “under review” tag is a mistake. I would like this mistake to be fixed but I am not sure how. I submitted a case with seller support 24h ago and they did not come back to me.

(I still cannot try and list my products because I also need to submit a “sub category” application. In order to do this, I need to have my labels translated in German, so this will take a bit of time. But at least, I would like my EPR-Packaging claim to appear as valided so I do not have to worry about it anymore).
