Search suppressed because the product has writing on it
Does anyone know how to get around this please? I sell decals/stickers and they sometimes have writing on them; it is part of the sticker that the customer receives. Every time I attempt to list, at least 1 out of 3 are search suppressed because there is text. logo, watermark etc etc on the main photo. No other marks, white background etc etc. I then go through an average of 4 seller support communications explaining that they are part of the item and I cannot simply erase the writing. The last time it was a cat snoring zzz. After receiving the same ‘remove the logo/text/watermark’ message 3 or 4 times, Seller Support or the wo(man) who flicks the switch in a backroom, activates the listing and it is un-suppressed. Such a waste of my time and potential sales.

If you are selling personalised products, you are better off selling in Handmade.
The other stuff you are talking about is Amazon bots. Don’t take it personally.

if you rotate the picture by 5 - 10 degrees the bots can’t seem to pick it up

Also put a drop shadow round the outside.

You won’t get anywhere with seller support, I give up for the sake of my sanity you will have to fix the image so the bots don’t flag it
Try to take a different photo, or as suggested add a drop shadow, rotate the image etc.
