SFP collections

Hiya

Just wondering what everyone elses collections are like?

We normally have a different driver everyday or at least weekly, They pick our parcels up in the clear or green bags supplied off Amazon and off they go, no paperwork signed nothing.

Last week we had a big issue in that we received a performance notification telling us we had not shipped items on time. These were all from the same day, so seems to me that a bag has gone missing for a day or the driver hasn’t dropped something off. As I know full well we gave everything on time, there is nothing with a next day delivery that doesn’t go out.

The thing is its hard to prove as I have no proof that my parcels have been collected.

So my question is, does anyone get their parcels scanned off the driver? Or is this an issue with others on SFP?

Thank you

We have had this and now stand and watch the driver scan the parcels . As like you get a different driver daily . You must open a case with Amazon shipping as they will be in you amazon shipping account as waiting first scan . We were fortunate as they were Royal Mail parcels and found them via the Royal mail website as Amazon had failed to scan but Royal Mail had delivered so got lucky .

If you can’t find them via Royal mail they may have been stolen and you will have to replace the parcels for your customers but speak to amazon shipping I have found them mostly very useful

Hello

You can use the Royal Mail bulk posting certificate. The driver can sign the form when he picks up the post. Link below

https://www.royalmail.com/business/sites/default/files/Royal-Mail-Bulk-Certificate-Posting-Standard-December-2014.pdf

You can edit and save the file as often as you like. Also you can take this posting certificate with parcels to the post office who will use the official stamp to confirm they have received x number of parcels.
