Buyers abusing feedback system, AMAZON not helping
So, we had a client purchase an item from us, the delivery date was very clear, informing client of item being shipped out on the 25th of Nov (coming Monday) and delivery the next day on the 26th of November. This morning, we have had a message from the client asking to cancel, they have then left a negative feedback straight away too, without allowing us to even respond. They have not even sent in a cancellation request as of yet too. We have asked amazon to review the feedback for us with no luck. We have raised a case to, again no success. Can A amazon team membe rlook in to this for us.
