Read onlyHi there. I make handmade items and recently sent in 6 SKU's into Amazon in one box, all separated into 6 bags with 15 in each (90 items total). I've only just noticed that they have only scanned in 48 out of 90, and for 3 of the SKU's they have only scanned 1 of each item, but the other 3 have all 15. I have since sold all the SKU's where they have only scanned 1 item in, and I am worried that they did not separate these bags and have sent those buyers each a bag of 15.
I opened a support case but they have asked for an invoice of "Date of the purchase", "Product names of the missing items" and "Quantity purchased". However, I handmake these items to send to Amazon. How would I respond to this as I have a manufacture date but not a date of purchase (because I make them) and no invoice? I did take a photo inside the box of the 6 separate bags before I sent it to them, but it doesn't really show the individual SKU's in there. Thanks for any help!
