Sent Stock to FBA with incorrect shipping labels

Hello there!
I have made the stupid mistake of sending in stock to FBA but had pasted the incorrect shipping labels to the boxes. So essentially my stock has been sent in to FBA but whats on the shipping labels does not match whats inside the carton! I’m sure this has happened to someone in the past and would appreciate any help on what to do next!!!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your mix up.

Raise a case with seller support and you can get Amazon to relabel your items.

You will need to be very clear with your instructions of what has happened and what you require them to do.

I realise some time has elapsed since you’ve posted this, but I would pause your listings until you have resolved with Seller Support so customers don’t receive the wrong item.

Thank you for posting.

Contacting Seller Support with all the clear instruction and reference ( FNSKU / Shipment ID ) is indeed the first step to take for resolution. Make sure you confirm what is the correct FNSKU the stock should be re-labelled.

I would also recommend to deactivate the FBA offer for the incorrectly labelled products, in order to ensure that if the stock is received with incorrect label, the products are not available for sale with FBA before the stock is indeed corrected accordingly.
