I'm selling products in the VEHICLE_TIRE category and need to provide GPSR documents, but they get rejected.

Tires are regulated under the regulation EU 2020/740 which contain two documents.

1. energy label

2. product information sheet

I have tried to submit the product infomation sheet as a "specification sheet" and "provider fact sheet". But both get rejected with the message in the bottom of this message.

When discussing with the manufactures the assess that the two documents are enough to satisfy the GPSR requirements so no other documents will be available.

How do I get the system to accept the documents?

or is there a way to find out what Amazon sees a "incorrect"?
