Amazon holds my funds more than 1 year and refuses to disburse
I was buying from amazon.com and transferring to warehouse located in U.S to re-package,remove slips and then send to customers in Canada. Basically retail arbitrage.
For this period(nearly 2 months) I have shipped 90+ products with zero complaint. Even some customers gave 5 star rating. I made approximately 9500 k earning and received 280 dollar payment from Amazon.
Just before receiving nearly 9000k payment(what a coincidence !),my account has been suspended (November,29,2021) They randomly selected three asin numbers and requested invoices.
Because I purchased all items from amazon.com, I sent amazon.com invoices with my buyer account information screenshot, username (even propose to send them my buyer account password to prove it belongs to me)
My all attempts failed and after passing 3 months this time I requested disbursement , I attached all invoices all related documents to my money back. Reply is at the bottom.
I contacted with their support team , all the time they told me that they don’t know for what reason Amazon still holds my money.
I can’t get any person in charge or contact mail. I made nearly 9500 earning received only 300 dollar payment.
All products were shipped to Customers ,not one complaint, defect or issue. I even made full refunds for the slightest customer objection.
Shortly;
Amazon took money from Customers,
Customers took their product ,
I received only 280 of 9500.
It seems I can only get my money with legal process or not even with it .I am pretty sure that no other company/firm in Europe can hold seller money arbitrarily

You can’t buy from Amazon to resell on Amazon. Sorry, you will not get your money back as you do not have a proper source or legit chain of custody.

You mean that you sent receipts.
Quick question did you use Prime for any purchases? If so, no you committed fraud and will likely not be getting your funds back. However, you can try by exercising your rights under Section 18 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
@ABC_23, Happy? No URL provided, this time.

Your remaining option at this point is Arbitration for your funds. You will find this information in section 18 of the terms of service that you agreed to, to sell on Amazon.
A google search may be used to pull the terms of service up.

You are in the US subject to US Contract Law, and you have entered into a contract with Amazon which gives them that right.
I suspect that even under EU law they could be given that right.
Unless you can prove you were coerced into the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement you will need to enter into arbitration and risk losing not only your money but the associated cost of arbitration.

Not to pile on but consider these other issues with your scheme.
- No chain of custody (already said)
- Buying from Amazon and selling on Amazon, not allowed (already said)
- You are participating in a gray market operation
- Your UK items are labeled for that marketplace
- Your UK items may not be labeled according to US regulations
- Your UK items may not be labeled according to Canada regulations
- Did you import anything that is forbidden to import?
Your solution has been presented. Arbitration is your option. It may cost you more than the $9,000 you have not been paid due to Amazons perception that you commited fraud.

So you were doing FBM? should go for FBA if you are doing arbitrage much safer

the big question is this , if the OP doesnt get the money then who does , it still is not amazons , how do they get to profit from something they say a seller cant do , is this money donated if so does amazon get the tax write off as a donation , or do they simply put into their own pocket , AGAIN I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DO WITH THE MONEY , BUT INQUIRING MINDS WANTS TO KNOW , PLEASE AMAZON BE TRANSPARENT WITH WHAT YOU DO WITH THE MONEY

That’s a quick way to lose a lot of money. Best to read the terms of service before selling somewhere. In most cases like this, sellers never see the money again. You will be out product cost and shipping cost as well. Not going to be a fun payment to make.

It does pose an interesting question though i wonder if amazon would accept their own b2b invoices as proof of providence
