Items not being marked as dispatched

Hello,

We have recently been struggling with dispatching certain items on Amazon.
It allows us to go through all the dispatch steps but when you come back to the list of items waiting to be dispatched some are still appearing there.
We have found using the seller app on a phone allows us to dispatch the items correctly, but this is quite inconvienient.
Anyone had this issue, or similar?
