We have been trying to gain access to Premium A+ Content for over a month now, but despite meeting all the stated requirements, we still haven’t received access. We have filed multiple cases with Seller Support, but we keep receiving the same generic responses without any real resolution. (Case ID: 10791250612)
Our catalog consists of one active listing, and we have:
- Over 20 approved Standard A+ Content submissions
- Multiple approved Brand Story submissions
According to Amazon’s stated requirements, this should qualify us for Premium A+ access. However, Seller Support has given us inconsistent information, sometimes stating that eligibility is assessed at the start of the month, and other times saying it happens weekly. We’ve now passed both the beginning of the month and several weeks, yet we still don’t have access.
This delay is significantly impacting our product launch, and we need access as soon as possible. Could you please help escalate this issue or clarify why we are still not eligible?
