Intellectual Property Complaints

can anybody please give me any advice on this situation or if anybody else has come across the same I am worried that Amazon they suspend my account
I received 4 emails from Amazon this morning all saying
We removed some of your listings because we received a report from a rights owner that they may infringe the rights owner’s copyright. The listings we removed are at the bottom of this message.

Why did this happen?
One or more of your listings may be infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

How do I reactivate my listing?
Please provide one of the following to reactivate your listings:

  1. An invoice, letter of authorization or license agreement from the manufacturer or Rights Owner demonstrating that your use of the copyright is lawful to notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk. External links are not accepted. For security reasons, we only accept attachments in the following file formats

Have your listings been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include the following information:
– Proof that you have never sold the reported product. We will investigate to determine if an error occurred.

OR

– Explanation of why you were warned in error. We will investigate to determine if an error occurred.

What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your listings will remain inactive
The 4 item were
Were all Michelle Shocked records
rung Amazon customer service and they advised me to delete the listings which i did and to contact notice dispute
i sent them this email
I run customer services as I was unsure of what I have to do as it says if you do not address this situation your account could be deactivated customer services advised me to remove the items so I have removed this item I do not want to resell it so I did not appeal against it hope this is the correct procedure as I do not want it to affect my account if i need to do anything else can you please advise me
