I reopened my amazon account to sell products on it after taking a long break and have sent a large amount of stock to each one of my own Private Label products which I own and have in Brand Registry.
However, it is saying that I have no featured offer. I have been in contact with support and still have not had a reply/fix.
There is no logical reason I should NOT have the featured offer, i have a perfect account health, no pricing issues or anything. Everything is correct.
This is causing a lot of financial distress and worry about my amazon account being able to sell products etc.
I desperately need this overriding, i should have featured offers active for all present and future ASIN's.
Please fix.

The criteria for getting the featured offer / buybox changed a while ago - likely whilst you were away. Whereas with FBA you were automatically eligible that's no longer the case and it is certainly more prone to come and go than it ever was.
Check your asins and your pricing points.
You now have to hunt what is wrong and is no easy task. Seller support are inundated and they can only view your account and check what you can check anyway.
Some of the changes that are now important that you may have missed on your listing is
Country of Origin. - check for typos as well, I had an issue with listing showing as the Country of origin had Uk instead of UK. Ridiculous but you may be better off doing a refresh of all your listings by doing a partial update to see if anything is brought up on the error report.
Some other issues are the safety declarations such as plug, batteries etc. Even if you sell a brick, you are meant to declare that it hasn't got a plug on it or contains batteries.
Check that your listings have an RRP and make sure you are not above the RRP.
