Legal entity, the owner is the same, but I can not make changes. Support is not helping me!!
Hello. I need help from a competent Amazon employee who can understand my problem and help. When changing a legal entity, I encountered a problem that no one wants to help me with.
The reason for changing the legal entity is business restructuring. Initially, the account was registered to my old company which was originally created to run a restaurant business. As the business on Amazon developed, a decision was made to split the business. For this purpose, I created a new company registered the international trademark, the rights to which belong to me. The company received tax numbers in Europe in all countries where it trades, after which we changed the legal entity there without any problems.
Before making the changes, I wrote to Amazon support and asked if I would be able to change the company name or not. They confirmed that yes, I would have such options and I don't need to worry about it.
I have passed all the verification steps, but the Amazon system does not allow me to change the company name and company address. It shows red errors. I have written to Amazon support many times, asking to figure it out and help complete the change process, but all cases end with "sorry, we can't help you"
And now I am in a situation where part of my account information refers to new company and part to old company. Help me complete the process and continue trading in peace!

You have created several duplicate discussions after you posted the first thread here regarding the same topic.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
