I am aware of Amazon currently revamping their product listing drafts page (as of Oct.2024) but this is starting to get very frustrating. Not only is the website annoyingly sluggish and buggy but very unreliable - even after updating Chrome, trying them on Internet Explorer, clearing cache/cookies (internet speed/computer specs are fine as well).
Once I save my listing as a draft and head over to the dashboard, my drafts are either missing or have been deleted/altered on their own.. Also checked the links for "Manage Inventory" and "Fix Your Products", but the drafts aren't saved there either.
After multiple reattempts and failed DIY troubleshooting, I reach out to tech support via chat and ended up with a representative named Claude. They suggested I delete all old drafts and start again from scratch. Even had the audacity to tell me to stop saving it as a draft and just submit the listing (what is the point to having the "Save to draft" option then?). After fifteen minutes or so, the agent abruptly ended the chat without a reply. Very professional!
Wondering if I am the only one experiencing this??
