A_Z How can i appeal and win? Stupid question?
This might be a stupid question but i am getting really fed up with it all.
£200 item they said they sent back to me for a refund. Did nt like it. Fine no problem.
Asked them hundred times for proof it was sent back and nada.
A-Z now opened as item was ‘faulty’ and amazon granted it and they ‘said’ they sent it back. I have appealed in anger to take Amazon to small claims court for the money which wont help me win against the bots i am sure, is there a way i can appeal and get my money back! This must be the 7th time this has happened to me now over the last year and it makes me physically sick. Hubby said i should just let it go but makes me so mad.
And now my account is at risk as they left back feedback as well metrics over 1.29%

Aside from the A-Z, if they said they sent it back to you, then it is up to them to claim from the carrier. Ask them to send you the tracking number, or did you send them a return label ? - In which case surely you can check the tracking and see if they did actually send it.

Have to ask, as you haven’t actually said. Did you receive the item back?
And when you say:
The 7th time THIS has happened? Where a buyer has said they returned an item, you haven’t received it and they have opened and won an A-Z claim?
