Hello! 14 days ago we received the message Your account has been deactivated. We did not receive any warnings about blocking. We did not receive any offers. The only letter we received was on the day of blocking -
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings are no longer active in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you, even if they reflect in Seller Central.
Our account health level is 208

In this case, I would recommend you contact Account Health Support .
You can do it by going to Performance - > Account Health - > in the top-right corner, you should see a yellow Call me Now button.
Please note that this option will only be visible if you have a professional selling plan.
