Unable to replenish/Send Inventory

Hi everyone,

Most of our skus in the account that are low stock are unable to replenish/send to Amazon warehouse. All shows the same message:This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product. File a case with Amazon but nothing reslove. Has anyone experience it before?

What kind of products are they? Are they a "dangerous goods" classification? I think someone was posting about this over spray paint recently.

Some sellers who see this message have told us that it was because not all of the categories for the shipment were fully completed. Please confirm that all of the details and attributes are correctly populated for this specific ASIN.

If you're still receiving this error after confirming that every field is populated and accurate, please contact support to request information and next steps about that error.

If they are not able to determine the issue with those not-very-dangerous reading glasses, please check back with that Case ID.

I am having the same issue! Case ID: 14837477451

Seller "Support" told me to sign up for GSS (global shipping program), closed the case and basically told me not to open anymore cases about this issue.

A lot of ASINS are affected. I sell eyewear. Its not classified as "dangerous goods". I am a US seller and ship all goods from a location with the US to US FBA warehouses. Global Shipping Program is for merchandise shipped from overseas to the US and does not apply to me.
