Amazon Account Verification Preventing Payment for 2 Months Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Is your bank account verified? Have you been selling? do you have VAT liability?
Hello , , Just let you know that we are selling more than 10 years , suddenly stop paying without any notice , Last payment was on 2nd of Jul. Still trying to get to know why ?. Looks like no one knows. Trying to get personal loan to sort out day to day expenses. Open case & escalated too . to know why ?.
i have been going thru the exact same issues. my last payment was 30th May, amazon has been little to no help, i have contacted them 15-20 times with no help, sent all the documents multiple times for them to be reviewed and still no change, i have contacted the bank to see if its a issue on that end but nothing.
it has been nine months since my account sis stuck in verification. and they are keeping over GBP2000 with them.
The non payment issue seems to be happening to everyone.
I had a similar issue, where we had to reconfirm some information then a whole host of problems occured because some of the documents were personal - registered at home address and others business - registered at the business address. It was a nightmare to sort out.
The best advice I can give is that all your documents must match word for word your information on your Amazon account. Personal and bussiness information must all be correct to the documents provided for them to reinstate your account payments.
It sounds frustrating to have your account stuck in verification. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
Double-Check Documents: Ensure all your documents are clear, up-to-date, and match the information on your Amazon account.
Contact Support: Reach out to Amazon Seller Support directly. Sometimes, talking to a representative can speed up the process.
Submit a Case: Open a case through Seller Central, explaining the situation and providing all relevant details.
Follow Up: If you’ve already contacted support, follow up regularly. Persistence can often help push things along.
If it’s been over two months, escalating the issue might be necessary. Ask to speak to a higher-level support agent or use social media channels to get attention. Good luck!
