Increase in INR?

I’ve noticed over the last two weeks an increase in claims from customers that they never received their items. I don’t sell large volumes and hardly ever get an INR but I’ve recently had three - and all with a similar generic message ‘item not received, please issue refund’. Note how they don’t state what it is they bought… it’s almost as if they are copy/pasting the same message into all orders.

The thing is that I sent all three via tracked mail and I can see they received weeks ago. The orders don’t follow the usual dropshipper script of ‘please don’t include an invoice’. After I politely reply with the tracking details I get no further messages.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes! Getting a lot of these as well. We’re replying with a template we have set up that says we send everything RM tracked, see it was delivered on X date, could it be in your safe place or with a neighbour - then we don’t hear anything back.

As a consumer on the site, I’m noticing the tracking details on orders are going a bit weird, I’m getting messages from amazon saying “sorry it;s late” from things I already have had delivered. I think there is a problem in the link up between RM and amazon.

I spoke to our postie, seems to be a back log again of parcels. Not quite same level as lockdown, but certainly more than the normal. We are seeing parcels get delivered but around 2 weeks late. Generally parcels from around 12th-15th are arriving around now.
