3d model approved but not showing fully
Hi,
Our 3d model got approved 2 weeks ago. However, it doesn't show up in the Amazon app.
One thing to note here is that the image after the main image is a duplicate of the main. This is only on the Amazon app. Listings that got a 3d model have this too, but with an overlay text with "try in your room" and with 2 buttons "view 3d model" and "try in your room" below the images.
I have re uploaded the 3d model again and it got approved again, but the problem is still there.
I have a case open for some time now and it's not progressing. I also got called by Amazon and they checked the issue with me and confirmed that this should not happen.
We believe that having the 3d model will increase our conversions, so it's important for us to show the 3d model like other listings do.
Did someone got the same experience? If so, how did you got it solved?
