Individual Seller Plan - Subscription fee?
I signed up for the individual seller plan, yet a £30 subscription fee has been charged. I then found that Amazon automatically upgraded me, hence they took the £30 assuming I am a pro merchant. I am not a pro merchant, I simply uploaded a few unwanted books and that’s it. I have adjusted my account to an individual seller (like I originally selected), so will I get my £30 back?

you need to raise a case via the security of your seller central by contacting Seller Support
Follow the thread: seller central > help > contact us > ‘tell us how we can help’ > enter your issue in the section e.g. ‘subscription refund’ > get help > on the left hand side click Selling on Amazon > your account > other account issues :
Request a refund on the basis that you signed up for a pro account inadvertently (the system defaults to pro account, a seller has to opt out for an individual selling plan) and Seller Support will process the refund request for you.
