deferred transactions dropping but not funds available
Hi,
In the statement view you have 3 lines under total balance which roughly shows. This morning I had.
Standard orders £133 (which is also available for request payment)
Deferred £910
Total balance £1043
I now have £136 + £900 = £1036
Yesterday evening was about the same number, it's like if some of my orders are simply not being counted.
I don't understand why this is happening.

i have the same problem, i received one order total amount of £2600 and i can see it manage orders section but when i go to transaction and all statements it doesnt showing up when i put order number there. Is it same as yours ? Are you able to see at all transaction page and statement pages ?

I understand you are seeing some of your order are not showing for payment as usual.
Reviewing your account, I notice you are already under the new DD+7 payment policy. Payment based on delivery date means that your order won't be available for payment until 7 days after the delivery date.
