Removal listing

Can anyone please help, i listed the below two items

Prior to the changes before Christmas i my account suspended, i had authority to sell these toys. The changes came in after i had listed the above and my account was then reactivated.
These items are showing as inactive and i cannot replenish and i cannot create a removal order.
How can i create a removal order for the above?

If you are suspended, then that will be the reason for not being able to remove the goods.
Everything is frozen, until the suspension is lifted.

Yes items were shipped and received in September, they were actually listed. when I did my inventory for my second shipment my account was suspended. When my account was re-activated Amazon had removed my permission to see toys. Now i have these two items in limbo! ha
