Product id query

Despite of getting an approval for GTIN exemption, I am unable to complete my listing as the Product ID box turns red when I leave it blank as suggested by Amazon. Can anyone please suggest a way to fix this issue?

Are you sure you are putting in the brand name exactly as you typed it on the exemption request, and did you get exemption for that category?
