FBA Shipment - 3 out of 3 units missing (3 packages, each with 1 unit)

Hello Everyone,

We currently have a rather strange situation with our FBA shipment. One FBA Shipment, consisting of 3 packages, each of which contained 1 unit of a given product. So 3 packages were shipped, each containing 1 unit, and each package had its own UPS tracking number.

Initially, each of the packages was received at Amazon FC - Sep 21, 2024. After a week, each unit was deducted by Amazon (27, 28, 30 September).

Attempts to explain this with Amazon Support have been completely useless, they have closed the case we opened with the information that additional appeals related to this claim will not be considered.

I do not understand how it is possible that 3 packages were delivered to Amazon, each with 1 unit inside, and Amazon support claims that "we receive shipments with quantity discrepancies". It would follow that we sent 3 empty boxes to Amazon... ?

So I would like to ask if anyone has had a similar problem? I would appreciate any advice on this, or who else we could report the problem to.

Thank you

Were you able to successfully upload the required documentation, namely - Proof of Ownership (invoices) and BOL? If so, would you kindly provide me with the Seller Support case ID where you received these communications? I would like to review this further.

- Bryce
