Buyers selecting incorrect return reason to get free returns
Buyers are abusing the returns service by selecting an incorrect reason for the return. For instance they select a reason saying that the listing was incorrect but in the message to the seller they say Sorry, I ordered the wrong size. I have had this 4 times this week and I have phoned seller support and they have said there is nothing they can do and that they have to go with the reason the buyer selected. It is getting to the point now where it is no longer viable to sell on Amazon

You can reduce the return label cost off the refund (assuming its not clothing or another category with free returns)

Regular thing now but don’t know if it is buyer or Amazon dashboard that is causing the issue.
As Dedez says deduct postage charge from refund.

Its another where the system detects reason for return and decides whether the seller can deduct the postage costs. However u can still deduct the costs saying its not arrived in an unused condition. taking pictures of how you receive the product. Its another known area where a competitor will get there friends to keep ordering and returning the order.
