Account at Risk- Suspected Intellectual Infringements
Hi all,
After selling on Amazon since 2010 with no issues, today I have the dreaded Yellow Box of Doom on my account for the first time ever.
I don’t have any emails to explain why, and all my performance metrics are at 0% so it’s not a service issue.
The only other thing I can see is some Suspected Intellectual Copyright Infringements- I usually have a few of these sitting around which normally relate to items I sold years and years ago (I sell makeup and it’s usually Coty or Rimmel items which trigger these).
When I bring up the list of ASIN’s which are affected, they are all lipsticks I haven’t sold for 10 years or more, and all of them were made by Coty under their Miss Sporty brand. As usual, it seems to be the Coty brand name causing the problem.
Each item has an “Edit” button beside it, but Amazon have deleted the item pages so I am not able to edit anything, if that makes sense- the product just isn’t found when you try.
I’m trying not to get too stressed just yet, but wondered if anyone has any ideas about how to resolve this?
Thanks so much in advance for any words of wisdom!
Suzy

If these are items that you no longer sell, or have sold in the past and willl not sell again, then you need to go to your inventory, click on the ‘All’ or’ inactive’ button, type in Coty (or whatever the item is) and tick the box on the left of the relevant items, then from the ‘Action on selected’ dropdown select ‘Delete Products and Listings’ - not just close.

Thanks Jilly, I did do that but unfortunately none of the products which has a violation against it appears on that list because Amazon have deleted the page themselves, so I no longer have any option to do anything to any of them. I see another thread where someone has an At Risk today and they’re wondering if it’s a glitch, I am hoping mine might be too!
