My Amazon.fr Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement

Hello.
23.09.21 I got an email from amazon.
"Your Amazon.fr Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account SPOC*********. LTD. which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the CozyoursEU Selling account to sell on Amazon.fr."

I NEVER OPENED THE 2-d account and do not have any attitude to SPOC*********. LTD. I don’t know who is it!

I sent an appeal, otherwise 25 days have passed but no answer from amazon.

Anyone knows how many days ussually amazon considers the appeal?
Anyone faced with the same issue?

The most common reason of late for linked accounts is using the same 3rd party fulfilment services, or something like the same brand agent. I don’t think you’re based in the EU so i’d start by looking at things like that
