Deleting all listings
Hey people, I’m just tying up a few lose ends on Amazon by deleting all my listings and closing the account, just in case I want to start again with another business in the future.
But everytime I delete some listings (100 at a time via SC), the total number drops but then goes back up again. And the listings remain. I know I can delete the lot in one go via the spreadsheet upload but in all my time on Amazon I never used those, so not really sure what’s involved.
Any advice?
Oh and can’t believe still seeing the exact issues/bugs etc being posted about, would have though Amazon could have fixed a few over the past year.

I really don’t know, so probably talking a load of rubbish (!) - but are you maybe as well just letting your seller account go dormant, as presumably some of the info on any new account might be the same as your present one ??
Also, maybe you need to ‘delete products and listings’ from the action dropdown on your inventory page, and not just close - maybe that is what you are doing , though ??
I’ve been culling a lot of my stock and that is what I am doing and they are gone.

Inventory changes can take up to 24 hours to reflect in my experience.
