Valid Tracking Rate
A huge number of our items have suddenly been removed due to ‘ineligible for seller fulfilment’ even though we always add a valid DHL tracking number when we confirm the shipment. We also have extremely high levels of shipping, delivery and customer satisfaction (99%).
Any ideas?

Have you received a message in Performance Notifications confirming if and why your listings have been suspended, and if so what does it say?

DHL tracking does not work with the automation bots, hence these will not be valid on your VTR - this has been ongoing for months, and Amazon are aware of the problem, certainly worth noting this in your appeal, have you looked at your VTR report as this should show if it is recognising the numbers - certainly ours is still an issue but luckily we only send a small percentage of our orders with DHL

I have found once I re-edited failed consignment(s) to
Carrier Other > DHL
Delivery Service Other > Parcel
The corrected shipments appear to disappear from VTR report, in a couple of days.
I’m not sure why only a few consignments are chosen to fail, while other appear to pass through.
