Buy Box and Other Options Removal?
All our listings have lost their Buy Box Options overnight and all our metrics are in good order with good account health. I have been through all the eligibility info and we should be all good. I have been in touch with SS and they have just sent me the ‘please check’ links which i have done and there is nothing to find.
I can see some threads from the last couple of months of similar happening but nothing saying if or how it was resolved. Can anyone advise?
We usually have 20-30% buy box and listed as other options where we cant compete.

Same happening to me, went from 50% to less than 5% keeps dropping, accounts in good standing received some positive feedback. No idea whats going on.

Just got this reply by chasing seller support again. Looks like they can see an issue but do not want to admit it.

As much as I would like to resolve this now for you, this is out of my expertise but we have a separate department that is more equipped in resolving this matter.

However I have now received yet another standard response and feel that the SS above was simply referring to this and that nothing is happening.
Anyone got any ideas?
