Link UK with US account problem
Hello,
We have a problem link our UK with US account.
We try to set a new US account and they say that we have already email address used (that is the same with UK) .
When we go to SELL GLOBALY and try to link account they automaticaly send us to a US page and need to select an EU market from ther and after nothing will happen.

Need to make a new US account with a new email address or i can use the email address used on UK and EU marketplace?

I’m not sure but when I created my US account I started with a different email address.
Some years ago Amazon were trying their hardest to get me to merge the accounts so there was only one log in for both. In theory this is a good idea since it makes it more convenient. However, this Amazon and I didn’t want any complications to arise from having two different Amazon systems on one log in.
I’m so glad I didn’t link them because at the start of this year the UK site had a glitch which meant that some of us weren’t getting 2FA codes to our phones. I was locked out of my account for two weeks.
Thankfully the US account was unaffected.
