Product Detail Page Rule Policy.

I recently had a number of products bullet points removed and Amazon gave no useful informaiton as to why, seller support were exactly as useful as you'd expect:

"Regarding ASIN{redacted], we see that bullet points updated is not as per our product detail page rule policy.

-Do not use hyphens, symbols, periods, or exclamation points."

Periods, as in Full Stops!?

I've always adhered to a rule not to end a bullet point with a full stop, not sure where I picked that up but it must have been a style guide somewhere.
