NA Unified account including US and CA

We have a North America unified account doing business in US and CA. We can import US orders without any problem but a request to import Canada orders returns an error code 500.

We are using the correct marketplace id for both requests. US = ATVPDKIKX0DER, CA = A2EUQ1WTGCTBG2

What do we need to do differently for Canada?

Thank you for reaching out. Check your server configuration to ensure that the media is publicly accessible.

This error occurs when an unexpected condition is encountered and no more specific message is suitable. Some common causes are programmatic errors or incorrectly configured servers.

Our systems try to retrieve media from the specified URL several times, but in some cases, all attempts fail. To fix this error, you can try the following:

  • Ensure that the media server is following HTTP protocol and returning the correct response code.
  • Ensure that the file is accessible from a browser with a computer that is on a different network than the media server.
  • Try submitting the file again after sometime.
