Funds blocked for a month

Hello,

Amazon blocked our funds on the Italian Marketplace without a reason a month ago. We have contacted them over 15 times already. All we received was a template that more time was needed to fix it. That’s it. At the moment, they owe us over 80 000 euros. If I don’t get the money this week I will not be able to pay 16 000 euros Vat to Italy. I feel like slowly going bankrupt.

My account health it very good, no explanation has been given so far…I feel helpless.
