Amazon account deactivated

Hi,

I recently started selling on amazon, and when I was signing up for Amazon I gave them all information they needed. Now recently I got message that your account is deactivated because you did not provide us the proof of address and credit card information on that address like Phone or Wifi bill. I appealed and provided both of the documents with same address and credit card info that I use on amazon seller account. I am still getting same response from Amazon team. I am getting same response, it looks like it is AI generated. What should I do now? Thanks

From what you have shared so far, I see that your account is deactivated and you have questions about what your next steps will look like to get this resolved.

So that I am able to assist you the best, can you share the deactivation performance notification and the follow-up notification after your submission, here in this thread?
