Read onlyMy Amazon account has been deactivated. I contacted the Amazon team, and they informed me that I could sell FBA but not FBM. I sent the inventory to Amazon, but my listing is not activated. I contacted the Amazon support team again, and they said my account was deactivated due to seller verification issues. I have been in contact with the seller verification team, but they mentioned that they cannot start the verification process because my account is deactivated. We are unable to understand the real issue; it seems to be an Amazon error.
Unfortunately it is unlikely to be an Amazon error, but you need to find out the reason why your account was deactivated - what part of the verification is the problem. Has it ever been fully activated /verified ?
I'm having a similar problem! Amazon deactivated my account, I tried to reactivate it and did every thing they asked but it still wasn't reactivated. So I thought ok I'll leave it the three months when they said they would process my payment, then I was going to close the account anyway (Too many problems with Amazon!) Well the three months have passed and I then received an email saying my account was still deactivated and basically I would have to wait the three months!! This is daylight robbery! My account health is healthy and I did everything they asked, Why can't I actually talk to a human over the phone, so frustrating.
