Not necessarily. There may be other sellers with a better sales history, metrics or price that get it.
Even with your own PL there is no guarantee you will get the Buy box as Amazon may deem your price too high when compared to other sellers or sites, including your own!

You already have a "professional " business account and are on a professional selling plan.

As Anglozone says - you must be on the pro selling plan as you are already listing as free delivery, which can onyl be done on the professional plan.

Sorry, going to be pedantic again ! 
There is no such thing as Professional ACCOUNT, only Professional selling plan, where you pay £30 a month fee. Are you already paying that ?
You should have a BUSINESS Seller Account anyway as you are selling goods for profit. The Individual ACCOUNT is ONLY for selling second-hand items , not new.
