We are experiencing significant searchability and Buy Box issues with a well-established product that performs strongly in the US marketplace but is struggling in the UK marketplace despite meeting all Buy Box eligibility requirements.
Issue Details:
Buy Box Loss: Our product is losing the Buy Box in the UK despite meeting all eligibility criteria.
Search Suppression: The listing is not appearing in relevant search results.
"Out of Stock" Inaccuracy: The product page frequently displays "Often out of stock," which is incorrect—our inventory is well-stocked and available for immediate fulfillment.
Competitive Pricing & Compliance: The product is competitively priced, has a strong sales history, and follows all Amazon policies.
We've escalated this issue multiple times through Seller Support, but we are receiving only generic, canned responses that do not resolve the problem. This appears to be a backend issue that requires a technical team to investigate.
Can anyone from Amazon’s internal teams assist in escalating this to the proper technical department? Any insights or similar experiences from other sellers would also be appreciated.
