Lost shipment FBA

I had sent 75 units to amazon fba warehouse at italy via DHL and delivered on last month. After several emails they have marked as delivered on after 15 days of delivery. Till date they have not moved the package to checked in or not yet in-warded it has crossed 40 days. Seller support simply says it takes 10 days to inward from the delivery days. If i send a email stating it delivered before a moth they simply says it take more time. No proper update
