GPSR: ASINs identified as missing compliance information

Hi

I just got an email saying that some of our ASINs have been identified as missing Responsible Person information, Manufacturer information, Warning and safety information.

We put a lot of work into uploading safety information including photos, RP and manufacturer details, yet we still got an email about non-compliance. Most of the examples shown in the email are already shown in the 'Archived' tab in the GPSR menu with the RP/Manufacturer information approved. Some of them still appear in the 'Open' tab with the information approved as well.

What is going on? Is this an another error on Amazon's part? Has anyone else received such email?

Hi @Seller_lzs7hBA9Beyl3,

As long as your GPSR product information shows as confirmed/accepted, there is nothing to worry about.

You should take the email as a general reminder only. The accepted submissions will move to the archived tab in time, but there are still delays, and we cannot provide an estimated timeline for that.

Out of curiosity was this for UK Amazon? we don't ship abroad, but I am wondering if enabling it would trigger this.
