Does Amazon actually send out review and feedback requests to buyers?

According to Amazon seller help, they send out product review and feedback requests to all buyers. However, I myself have bought many items from Amazon and have never received a request from Amazon to review the product or give seller feedback. So then I asked my friends and family who have also bought from Amazon and they haven’t ever received anything either. No we haven’t opted out of receiving emails either.

So I’m doubting that Amazon sends the buyers any requests or doesn’t send them to all buyers? Anyone else?
