Battery info invalid

I am having problems with a existing listing that requires battery information. It does not matter what I select from the drop down option, it just says it is invalid. I then can’t save the listing.

I have asked SS what to do and they just said create a new listing. It is no wonder the catalogue is full of duplicates.

I am on the phone now to seller support. This time they said delete it and recreate it. That might work.

I said ‘are you sure? It sounds like you are guessing’

She said ‘yes sir, I am’
