Money has not been released
Hi, I sold a high priced item on Amazon at the end of September and have had good feedback from the buyer. However, I have been unable to get the funds from the sale into my bank account. Can anyone advise me on what I’m doing wrong and how I can resolve this issue? My account has not been suspended or anything like that and is in good standing so I can’t understand why there is an issue with payment. Thank you.

I would assume that it is being held as part of the reserve / unavailable balance on your account. It should show as such on your payments dashboard.

A month from the point of sale is generally a good rule of thumb. Amazon hold funds for several days from the latest estimated delivery date, and then payments done on a two week cycle.
