Why has Amazon put a hold on my bank transfers ? My Metrics are GREEN
As usual, Amazon always picks the best time to throw the completely unexpected spanner into the works!!
Amazon has put a hold on our Banks transfer for 14days !. All our Metrics are GREEN so what is happening here.
Of course, they must think we do not need the money and they are looking after it !!!

Did you receive any performance notification about this? It sounds like you are experiencing an Account Review.
Account reviews are normal when you are having a sudden increase in selling volume or refund rate.
If this is the case, as long as you are still able to sell, continue processing all orders just like usual. The review will last no more than 90days, unless you appeal or get suspended (as a result of it).
If you would like to speed up the review, you can appeal by providing Amazon this:

How long you’ve been in business

The sources of your inventory
-
Anticipated monthly sales on Amazon

The availability of items for shipping
-
The address of any retail locations

Links to other Amazon websites where you are actively selling

I have sent to both . Is there anything I can do more ?? as we now have now credible income? This feels so wrong we are an established Amazon seller and the stress this is causing is unreal
